Dear all,
In two short months we will meet again in Drammen, and we are very much looking forward to host the tournaments for the fourth year in a row.
As previously mentioned, we have a special guest attending our event this year. It is our great pleasure to announce that fantasy illustrator and original artist for both Magic: the Gathering and Sorcery: Contested Realm, Mr. Jeff Menges, will be joining us this year. He will be present at both the Sorcery and Old School Magic events at Friday and Saturday, and bring all sorts of goodies for sale.
Events taking place on Friday 3rd
As you know, Friday night will be Sorcery night - there will also be a side event of Old School Magic, hosted by Odd and Kjell of Farmstead MTG. This will be a warm-up event, and we encourage players to bring their spicy brews (of course, it will be possible to test your decks for Saturday, if you so desire).
There will be suitable prizes to go with the events on Friday. For the Sorcery players, a fantastic and one of a kind prize awaits the winner.
Side events, Saturday 4th
Farmstead MTG will, as last year, host an Old School draft for players at Spiralen when the Top 8 has been announced. We hope many of you will stick around until late hours for more old school fun!
Remember to pay your ticket in advance to secure your spot!
We kindly remind you that the Old School Magic tournament is at maximum capacity. You are not guaranteed a spot until your admission fee is paid, so please make sure to do so if you haven't already.
We cannot wait for October and hope you all are as excited as we are!
